Sun Ra-- MangoGrapeCabbageInfusion
Jan Pekau >From the thick of a one month intestinal cleanse, comes this delicious, nutty, alkalizing drink. Juice fresh organic green and/or red cabbage. Juice red champagne grapes. Mixture becomes a beautiful rose. The ratio of cabbage to grapes is deciding here. Cabbage yields to the nutty, slightly bitter taste, whereas the grapes lift into sweetness. Blend [not juice] mango and then add the grape/cabbage juice mixture. === A friend described the result as 'peanut butter'. Goes in creamy. Get those electrolytes. in lake'ch Source Cited: http://www.living-foods.com/recipes/mangogrape.html
